What are Chinese Lanterns?
Chinese Lanterns were traditionally used in Asia for celebrations and festivals as they were believed to smbolise the release of worries and problems. They are similar to a mini hot air balloon made from rice paper.
In more recent times however, Chinese Lanterns have become extremely popular for use in weddings, funerals and special events as they create a stunning visual effect and a long lasting memory for the guests.

They will continue to rise until the flame is extinguished, at which point they float gently back down to earth.
