Chinese Lanterns help Make a Wish

Giving to charity is extremely important to us at Wishlantern, and thus a percentage of all our profit from sales of Chinese lanterns goes to Make A Wish Foundation, which helps make the dreams of terminally ill children come true. The charity gets thousands of requests from parents, carers, relatives and from the children themselves to help take them on trips and experiences of a lifetime; popular options are things such as hot air balloon rides, swimming with dolphins, or the opportunity to meet Minnie and Mickey Mouse in Disney Land.
Of course these trips require funding, which is where we try and help out where we can, but the charity relies on donations aside from what we contribute.
Maybe next time you’re releasing your Chinese lanterns, take a moment to make a wish for some of the children around the UK who would relish the opportunity to take steps towards a wonderful experience, and for the charity which helps make their dreams become reality.
