We at Chinese lanterns have been known to be something of a globe-trotting bunch; Tom recently took some time outto travel in the United States, Ed journeyed to Nepal in September to help locals tackle Everest, and Patrick has recently returned from Thailand. All in all, we love seeing the world and learning about other cultures. We have often thought of taking our very own Chinese lanterns to see how they fit into and how they would look at famous locations around the globe, and would love to hear from any of our customers who may have had similar ideas. Have you been aboard, taking lanterns with you, and released them over an iconic skyline or near a famous monument or statue? Do you have snaps of coloured lanterns fading into the distance over the New York horizon, or narrowly missing the Taj Mahal? If this sounds like you, we’d love to have a glimpse of any photos you might have- maybe you’ll inspire others to take the plunge and travel across the globe, and then be part of creating a awe-inspiring sight for others to enjoy. We love seeing your pics and hearing your stories, so get in touch and you may find yourself the subject of our of our widely celebrated blogs!
